  • Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing, organizing, and monitoring annual budgets for various departments . Work closely with senior analysts to ensure that the budgeting process is accurate and timely.
  • Cost Analysis: Prepare Actual V/s Budget ,Support in analyzing costs and identifying areas for cost savings, inefficiencies, and potential financial improvements. Assist with variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted expenditures.
  • Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into budgetary performance and expenditure trends.
  • Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections, helping the team assess future financial needs based on current budget performance.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update financial records, budgets, and other financial documents. Ensure accurate and organized data entry into financial systems and spreadsheets.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Support ensuring that budgets and financial activities adhere to company policies, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as finance, operations, and department heads, to understand budget requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and improving budgeting processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry standards, market trends, and financial benchmarks to support the budgeting process and ensure competitiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Fresher CMA with Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large sets of financial data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced features), financial modeling, and accounting software. Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and budgets.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and efficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
  • Team-Oriented: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹872,529.71 - ₹1,213,405.71 per year
