About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams. The role involves capturing requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver real value. Strong business analysis skills, process modeling expertise, and experience working in Agile environments are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and prepare detailed documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and gap analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and workflows using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into accurate technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or Intellicus.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate solutions against requirements, and manage stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure solutions follow user-centric design principles and comply with accessibility standards.
• Recommend process improvements based on analysis, performance review, and user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Intellicus).
• Solid understanding of business rules, workflows, and process modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code platforms is a plus.
