This position is Hybrid with 25% travel to New Carrollton in Lanham, MD and 75% being fully remote.
- Leads comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Performs in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, identify root causes, and provide strategic recommendations.

Designs and develops reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using tools like POWER BI and Tableau.

Translates complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling business intelligence reports and presentations.

Education & Experience:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrates proven experience in requirements gathering and solution design.

Applies expertise in stakeholder management across various organizational levels.

Exhibits extensive experience in data analysis and interpreting complex datasets.

Shows hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Utilizes significant experience in developing and deploying dashboards using POWER BI and Tableau.

Leads projects focused on developing reporting solutions and enhancing business intelligence capabilities.
