Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)
Location: Bangalore & Bhopal
Experience Required: 2+ years in IT Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company’s IT products and services including Websites, Mobile Applications, CRM, and ERP solutions.
- Understand client requirements and consultatively pitch the right solutions to meet their business needs.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and regularly update CRM systems with lead and pipeline status.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Proven sales experience in IT services/products (Websites, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT sales cycle, B2B sales strategies, and client acquisition.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of modern sales tools, CRM usage, and digital prospecting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
