Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Competitive + Commission
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and convert leads via various channels, execute outbound sales and follow-ups targeting UAE/GCC clients.
- Identify new markets, Real estate developers, consultants, and architectural firms.
- Qualify opportunities, conduct meetings, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly revenue and KPI targets.
- Support brand visibility and video marketing initiatives when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and online sales platforms.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- UAE Real estate development market experience preferred.
