Sr. Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Fleekbiz Pakistan is looking for sales-oriented candidates for our "Sr Business Development Executive - Upwork" position (Night).

• 
  Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
• 
  Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), and Requests for proposals (RFPs) In an effective and efficient manner.
• 
  Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify Upsell opportunities.
• 
  Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer database.
• 
  Attend regular sales stand-ups initiated by leads/managers.
• 
  Update the Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
• 
  Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle to ensure the successful completion.
• 
  Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
• 
  Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to continuously improve skills and strategies.

• 
  Ability to achieve a monthly target of $5k-$7k

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in writing business Proposals and cover letters for Websites and Digital Marketing Projects.
  
• A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential! Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for Digital Marketing and branding projects.
  
• Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities across B2B & B2C platforms like Upwork as well as within internal brand networks.
