PureLogics is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Create daily sales lead sources.
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls with new leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle - from inception to deal close successfully.
  • Screen all sales leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
  • Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
  • Writing proposals for bidding projects.
  • Cold call as appropriate within a given market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling IT services accordingly.
  • Working on weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Organize marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; and estimating partners' needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Min 4 Years of experience with bidding on the Upwork platform
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
  • Proven track record of delivering software development projects.
  • Understanding of security procedures and practices.
  • Being very hands-on and comfortable with trying things out.
  • Proficient in bidding.
