JOB SUMMARY:

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, scope, budget, and timeline. Identify key

stakeholders and create a communication plan.

2. Site Visit: Plan and execute regular on-site client visits to ensure work completion, gather feedback, and verify equipment performance.

3. Resource Management: Allocate and managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet project requirements.

4. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a project team, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are

motivated to achieve project objectives.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan to mitigate and address issues that may arise during the

project.

6. Scope Management: Define, document, and manage project scope, ensuring that the project stays on track and within its defined

boundaries.

7. Quality Control: Establish quality standards and ensure that project deliverables meet these standards.

8. Time Management: Develop and maintain a project schedule, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet project

deadlines.

9. Cost Management: Track project expenses, manage the project budget, and implement cost control measures as needed.

10. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors to provide updates on

project status, issues, and changes.

11. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other relevant records.

12. Change Management: Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while minimizing scope creep.

13. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that arise within the project team, ensuring a positive and collaborative working

environment.

14. Client/Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

15. Project Closure: Close out the project by ensuring all deliverables completed, conducting a post-project review, and obtaining necessary

approvals.

16. Sales And Marketing: Support lead Generation and business development activities.

17. Support pre-sales activities by delivering technical presentations, demos, and customized solutions for potential clients.

18. Support technicians during critical on-site tasks and function as a liaison between clients and technical teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, project management).

2. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully completed projects.

3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

5. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

6. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

9. Strong written and verbal communication skills

10. Experience working with fleet tracking, telematics, or location-based services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
