About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT Services and Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT Services and Staff Augmentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
• Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development within IT Services / Staff
• Strong understanding of IT staffing models, contract staffing, and project-based services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote or hybrid setup.
• Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, and CRM software is a plus.
