Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the EdTech market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, institutions, and partners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in EdTech sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹506,408.84 - ₹1,207,171.88 per year
