EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB LOCATION : THANE

Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for power and distribution transformers.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors.
• Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, utilities, government agencies, OEMs, and industrial clients.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by developing a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to provide customers with customized transformer solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve product quality and service.
• Understand technical specifications of transformers (distribution, power, dry-type, special transformers).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical compliance in tenders and proposals.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate transformer solutions based on applications.
