What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions to support internal teams and external partners with actionable insights
  • Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, managing ticket workflows, and coordinating with IT for timely resolution
  • Support audit and compliance efforts by analyzing user activity and transaction data to validate operational integrity and reduce financial risk
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects by providing operational expertise and helping shape system enhancements and process improvements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Financial Paper Products (FPP) operations, providing guidance on system functionality and supporting incident resolution efforts
  • Demonstrate leadership potential by supporting team development, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to streamline reporting, issue resolution, and operational workflows, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort across FPP operations
Qualifications


What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar operational or support role
  • Experience working in a team environment with exposure to leadership responsibilities or project management
  • Prior experience with process improvements or operational efficiency initiatives is preferred
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities, with excellent judgement
  • Mathematical & analytical skills for monitoring performance and evaluating process improvements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction, managing competing priorities effectively
  • Proficient in SQL for reporting and data analysis

Location:

  • This position will be based remotely in the United States with a preference for Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, or Columbus, OH

Anticipated Base Pay: $75,000 - $110,000 USD + participation in our annual bonus plan
