Long Description Job Summary
Responsible for handling the contracts and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
  • Organizing daily supplies schedule (Booking consumables for contract and non-contracted devices)
  • Direct Paper Sales
  • Establishing new business thru new customers
  • Ensure updating the customer database
  • Work closely with the sales team, and ensure to achieve the sales targets as per company objectives
  • Engaging existing clients to enhance incremental sales of supplies and consumables
  • Follow up with logistics to ensure scheduled supplies are delivered to close record
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma in a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in smilar capacity
  • Creativity: Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job
