Sr. Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day civil engineering activities at project sites.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks; provide technical guidance to engineers and site staff.
• Prepare, review, and verify project reports, BOQs, material requisitions, and work schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and site execution challenges efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Must have strong hands-on experience in shuttering and piling works.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, site management, and quality control procedures.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
