Sr. Communications & Content Specialist

Currently, we are on the lookout for a Sr. Communications & Content Specialist who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success..


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Messaging

Define and maintain the tone of voice and messaging framework for each brand within the T&S ecosystem.

Ensure clear differentiation in brand positioning, messaging, and audience targeting across:

T&S Holding ASDR

Human Capital Excellence HCE

Sport X

Align all content initiatives with business objectives, marketing strategy, and growth priorities .

Act as the guardian of language, tone, expressions, and written brand standards across all communication channels.


Content Creation & Production

Develop and write high-quality content for: Websites and landing pages

Social media platforms

Marketing campaigns Email communications corporate presentations

Executive and board updates Internal communications

Produce clear, compelling, and business-driven messaging tailored to different audiences including B2B clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Content Ecosystem Management

Structure and manage the content ecosystem across all brands , ensuring alignment and efficiency.

Develop and manage dedicated content calendars aligned with: Marketing campaigns

Business priorities

The Marketing Calendar 2026

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content production pipelines run smoothly .


Corporate & Executive Communications

Support leadership by producing high-quality communication materials , including:

CEO updates

Board presentations

Internal company announcements Strategic documents

Ensure communication is clear, professional, and aligned with leadership messaging .


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with: Marketing Design

Sales Leadership

Product and operational teams

Translate complex business concepts into clear and impactful written communication .

Lead the content process while collaborating effectively with different teams.



Key Requirements

Experience

5+ years experience in content strategy, corporate communications, or brand storytelling

Experience managing content for multiple brands or business units

Background in B2B marketing, consulting, education, or tech sectors is preferred


Skills

Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability Strong understanding of brand voice development

Ability to write for multiple formats (social media, websites, corporate materials)

Strong organizational skills for managing content calendars and workflows Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications Ability to balance strategy with hands-on content production
