Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or Social Media Management. A combination of agency and in-house experience is highly valued.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Ability to write diverse content types, including press releases, articles, opinion pieces, speeches, corporate announcements, and website content.
• Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in providing strategic PR support for event management, sponsorships, partnership initiatives and corporate social responsibility projects.
• Adept at anticipating potential crisis situations, developing proactive crisis communication plans, and executing swift and effective communication strategies during crises.
• Demonstrated ability to create, curate, and manage compelling content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and directly manage company social media accounts.
• Experience in developing and implementing social media content calendars, engagement strategies, and community management.
• Experience with influencer/key opinion leader relations, outreach, and management is a significant advantage.
• Ability to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for PR and social media activities, measure their effectiveness, and provide regular, insightful reports to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in media coverage and social media performance analysis, sentiment analysis, and ROI reporting.
• Ability to manage PR projects across all stages, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
