Lead II - Accounting and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accounting Professional with demonstrated experience supporting IT initiatives related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and related supply chain technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, hands on cost accounting expertise, and a solid background in managing financial aspects of IT and operational projects.
The Opportunity:
Perform end to end cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Support IT project financial management, including cost tracking, capital/operating expense classification, and financial reporting.
Manage invoice validation, reconciliation, and vendor financial coordination, ensuring compliance with contractual and procurement requirements.
Partner with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to provide financial oversight, project cost governance, and timely reporting.
Prepare periodic financial summaries and present cost insights to leadership.
Support audits, internal controls, and compliance processes.
What are we looking for:
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of professional experience in cost accounting, preferably within IT or supply chain related environments.
Experience supporting projects involving WMS, TMS, or other logistics and warehouse systems.
Proficiency with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in semiconductor companies or technology services organizations.
Knowledge of project accounting, CAPEX/OPEX classification, and vendor contract financial management.
Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation processes, and supply chain cost structures.
