Sr. Creative Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Creative Designer to work with our design team in creating visually stunning and effective visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- create high-quality visual designs for various mediums, including digital, print, and social media

- Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity and design language

- Conceptualize and design innovative graphics, logos, icons, and other visual elements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and preferences

- Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies

Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creative and conceptual design

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, creativity, UIUX and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography

Nice to Have:

- Experience with UI/UX design and front-end development

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation

- Familiarity with design project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Basecamp

Job: Full Time - Onsite

Shift: Evening/Night (6pm to 3am or 3pm to 12am)

Location: PECHS Block 6.

We will prioritize candidates who can start immediately

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs145,000.00 per month
