Work Mode: Onsite - Night Shift (6pm to 3am or 3pm to 12am)

Job Summary

Utopia Brands is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for digital marketing, social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and branding materials
• Design marketing assets including banners, ads, brochures, presentations, and product creatives
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and objectives
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as required
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house)
• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce or digital marketing creatives will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
