Job Description

• Service Delivery role, responsible for Backbone procurement in Americas:
  
  

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly reviews with vendors.
• Provide inputs to internal stakeholders about scope of work, milestones and delivery updates.
• Assist with conducting the periodic audits of processes and inventory.
• Track spend and implement optimization initiatives.
• Liaise with Legal and Regulatory teams to develop contracts
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and established quality standards
• Organize vendor QBRs and track compliance of suppliers to agreed service levels.

• Good understanding of networking, transport (Ethernet & DWDM).
