What are we looking for?
A fantastic opportunity is available within Honeywell Aerospace! We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated leader to join us as a Senior Customer Support Director for our Americas Airlines customers, reporting directly to the Americas C&PS VP. The successful individual will be a key member of our leadership network and will maintain our support for Boeing, Airbus and Embraer platforms operated by Airlines in North America and Latin Americas. The role will strengthen customer relationships and lead a team of experienced program managers to resolve escalations, drive aftermarket recovery, reduce working capital and improve internal processes that impact our customers. The leader will support customer program reviews, manage executive communications, and help drive the internal functions to meet customer needs. They will lead a highly experienced team focused on keeping our customers flying.
