The Senior Data Analyst will be instrumental in transforming clinical and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Work Experience
Preferred Work Experience
Preferred proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools. Experience with data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Strong understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
Required Licenses/Certifications
None.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of database structures, data definitions and data relationships, including an understanding of basic information systems concepts and processes related to data definition, system integration (interfaces, etc.), software upgrades and installation, and end-user support.
Salary Range: $100,818.53-$147,108.79
