The role…

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models. You’ll lead the development and optimization of intelligent systems that enhance business outcomes through automation, data-driven insights, and natural language understanding. This role involves working on end-to-end AI product development — from research and prototyping to large-scale deployment — while mentoring teams and ensuring high technical standards across all projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop advanced AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications to solve complex business challenges.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Develop and manage robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI development.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with high coding standards.

What we’re looking for…

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in LLM or related technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with transformer-based models and LLM APIs.

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.

• Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Experience deploying AI models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with quantization, distillation, and model optimization methods.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized AI applications.

• Good understanding of AI evaluation metrics, multimodal systems, and AI ethics.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
