Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our pipeline generation efforts. This role is responsible for building integrated, multi-channel programs that drive qualified demand across the full buyer’s journey—from first touch through opportunity creation. You’ll partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing to translate strategy into measurable revenue impact.

This role is fully remote / work from home based in the continental US.

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation programs across email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, events, and ABM campaigns
  • Develop integrated campaigns mapped to each stage of the buyer’s journey with clear pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows, including lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify insights, optimize conversion rates, and improve ROI
  • Partner with SDR and Sales leaders to align on ICPs, personas, SLAs, and opportunity sourcing targets
  • Build and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on pipeline, revenue influence, and channel performance to marketing and revenue leadership
  • Test, learn, and scale—own experimentation across channels, messaging, and offers to continuously improve results


Job Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting and funnel analysis
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and ambiguity
