Job Description

We are looking for a rare breed of marketer: a Sr. Demand Gen Manager who views AI not just as a chatbot, but as a teammate. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our growth engine—from high-level campaign strategy to the technical implementation of AI-driven workflows that scale our reach.

In this role, you won't just run ads; you will build the connection between our marketing stack and AI agents to automate lead research, personalize outreach, and optimize the funnel in real-time.

This role is fully remote / work from home based in the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (Paid, Social, Email, Webinars) to drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline.
  • Own the lead-to-revenue funnel, monitoring conversion rates and identifying areas to improve the buyer’s journey.
2. AI Agent & Workflow Development
  • Design and deploy AI agents to handle repetitive tasks (e.g., an agent that researches LinkedIn profiles to write personalized cold outreach snippets).
  • Build sophisticated, automated workflows using tools like Claude, Clay, and n8n to sync data seamlessly across our CRM and AI tools.
3. Technical Operations
  • Maintain the marketing tech stack, ensuring all tools are fully integrated and feeding clean, reliable data into our AI models.
  • Experiment with prompt engineering and LLM-based tools to improve content production, lead enrichment, and lead scoring models.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: 4–6+ years in B2B Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Growth Marketing. You have carried a pipeline quota and understand how to optimize core metrics like CAC, LTV, and funnel velocity.
  • MarTech & Ops Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience managing standard CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot). You know how to build and troubleshoot lead scoring, routing rules, and attribution models.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You possess strong analytical skills. You don't just report on the numbers; you build the dashboards, analyze the full-funnel data, and use those insights to dictate what we build or launch next.
  • AI Workflow Integration: You are comfortable working in low-code/no-code environments (like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Clay) to connect APIs, automate complex data enrichment tasks, and scale personalization.
  • Applied AI Enthusiast: You go beyond casual use of AI. You actively leverage GenAI tools (Claude, custom GPTs, etc.) in your day-to-day workflow to accelerate content creation, automate lead research, or streamline technical ops, and you are highly comfortable with prompt engineering.
