About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our backend team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure reliable deployment and performance of AI/ML systems and software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models and software systems.
• Build and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system health, manage incidents, and ensure the integrity of data and models.
• Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and security best practices across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline continuous integration and delivery workflows for AI-driven systems.
• Contribute to system architecture design and security control implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps or MLOps Engineer.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
• Good understanding of data pipelines, version control (Git), and model deployment workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in system architecture design and security best practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices.
• Experience with data engineering tools and practices.
