Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and analytics, with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive measurable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness across digital channels

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
  • Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Social Media & Email Marketing

  • Manage social media strategy and performance across platforms
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, automation, and lead nurturing
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize for growth

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data and KPIs
  • Monitor ROI, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Guide and mentor junior digital marketing executives
  • Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B / B2C / Software / SAP (as applicable)
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
