Responsibilities for Senior/Lead Digital Marketing Executive
1 Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies including SEO, SMM, SEM, Email Marketing, and PPC.
2 Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
3 Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research for campaign planning.
4 Optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms to improve CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
5 Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Moz, etc., and prepare detailed campaign reports.
6 Manage social media platforms, content calendars, campaigns, and audience growth strategies.
7 Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
8 Lead and mentor a team of junior digital marketing executives, assigning tasks and reviewing performance.
9 Plan and execute B2B & B2C marketing campaigns for national and international clients.
10 Ensure proper optimization of website content, internal links, blogs, and landing pages.
11 Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when required.

13 Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
14 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a digital marketing team.
Qualifications for Senior/Lead Digital Marketing Executive
1 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with proven success in SEO, SEM, SMM, and PPC campaigns.
2 Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and paid advertising strategies.
3 Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Semrush, Moz, Buffer, Mailchimp, Canva etc.
4 Strong knowledge of keyword research, website analysis, PPC optimization, and performance tracking.
5 Ability to analyze high volumes of data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
6 Experience in handling international client campaigns is preferred.
7 Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and client-handling abilities.
8 Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
9 Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.03 - ₹90,000.53 per month
