Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring new leads for our accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate high-quality leads within budget.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings for our website.
• Content & Design: Create engaging and professional marketing materials using Canva for social media posts, ads, and email newsletters.
• Website Management: Maintain and update our company website built on WordPress, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and lead conversion.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and marketing automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
• Expertise in Paid Ads: Demonstrable experience leading and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong SEO Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
• AI Proficiency: Familiarity with using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for marketing tasks.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
