Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the science behind digital ad spend and the art of performance scaling. Your core responsibility: to deliver results. If you know how to stretch a rupee across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Meta Ads Specialist Responsibilities:

· Create, manage & optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Sales, Conversions, ABO/CBO).

· Execute creative testing, copy testing, and audience testing frameworks.

· Monitor daily KPIs (CPC, CPR, ROAS, ATC, IC).

· Build funnel strategies (Cold → Warm → Hot).

· Improve retargeting performance.

· Scale profitable campaigns aggressively with control.

· Coordinate with Creative team for ad angles, hooks, and video scripts.

· Product team collaboration for pricing, margins, stock availability.

· Prepare daily reports for TL & Monthly ROAS/Spend dashboards.

Skills required for Meta Specialist:

Strong command on Ads Manager

Clear understanding of Pixel, Aggregated Events, Data delays

ABO, CBO, Advantage+ mastery

Strong analytical minset

2) TikTok Ads Specialist Key Responsibilities:

· Create & manage TikTok Ads campaigns focused on conversions & low CPR.

· Trend-based creative ideas dena and UGC direction provide karna.

· Test 6–10 creatives per week and identify best performers.

· Maintain very strong control on CPR, CPM, CTR.

· Daily budget optimization & scaling strategy execution.

· Collaborate with Creative & Product teams for quick idea execution.

· Weekly competitor breakdown reports.

· Prepare daily reporting and insights.

Skills required for TikTok Specialist:

Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager

Hook angles, UGC direction, and creative strategy expertise

Fast content testing mindset

Deep understanding of TikTok trends

Qualification:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and/OR Ticktok ads within a reputable local company. Only Local market experience will be preferred.
  • Must have handled ad budget of at least PKR one million+ monthly budget .
  • Strong practical knowledge of ad launching, scaling strategies, and creative strategy planning.
  • Proven record of high-conversion campaigns in domestic markets
  • Fluent with data—Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-first mindset

Market Competitive Salary according to experience.
Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Opposite Saima Square One Mall/ near Millenium Mall
Experience: 2-4 years in same field.
Timing: 10 am till 7 pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
