About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with direct, hands-on experience in personal injury law firm marketing. The ideal candidate is an expert in Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC), SEO, and social media marketing across all major platforms. This onsite role is responsible for driving lead generation, strengthening online visibility, and supporting firm growth in a competitive legal market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google PPC and Local Services Ads campaigns tailored to personal injury practice areas.
- Oversee SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, keyword research, content coordination, and local SEO improvements.
- Manage and grow the firm’s presence on all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content; analyze performance metrics; develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, and lead flow.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and social content to maximize conversions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPL, conversion rate, intake quality, social engagement) and produce detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with intake, content, and leadership teams to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile listings and support review-generation initiatives.
- Stay current with Google Ads updates, LSA policy changes, SEO trends, and evolving best practices in social media and legal marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in marketing or related field is required
- Minimum 4–5 years of digital marketing experience specifically within personal injury law firms (required).
- Proven expertise in Google PPC and Local Services Ads, including hands-on campaign management and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and experience implementing on-page and local SEO strategies.
- Experience managing content, strategy, and growth across all major social media platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and call-tracking platforms.
- Ability to manage large monthly ad budgets and optimize for measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must work onsite full-time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional paid channels (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- Experience with legal CRMs such as LeadDocket or Filevine.
- Google Ads, SEO, or social media marketing certifications.
- Experience in content planning, video production coordination, or agency/vendor management.
