This unique hybrid role bridges merchandising strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate combines a merchandiser's focus on product presentation and conversion with a developer's ability to build and optimize site functionality. You'll shape brand-specific experiences across Dunlop Sport's family of brands, ensuring each brand's digital presence aligns with its positioning while driving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
DTC Website Revenue and Customer Growth

Lead website optimization strategy across all five brand sites to maximize conversion and average order value

Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs with focus on lifetime value

Develop pricing and promotional strategies that protect brand equity while driving DTC growth

Build first-party customer database and personalization capabilities across all brand websites

Manage website functionality, user experience, and checkout optimization with IT team
Site Merchandising & UX Execution

Manage category pages, product sequencing, promotions, and content placement in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Ensure merchandising execution aligns with each brand's distinct positioning (XXIO's luxury concierge style, Srixon's tour-driven performance story, Cleveland's short-game authority)

Create comprehensive product content strategy including A+ pages, brand stores, video, and enhanced listings

Ensure consistent brand presentation while optimizing for each platform's conversion requirement
Front-End Development & Technical Execution

Build, customize, and troubleshoot front-end components, templates, and content slots in SFCC

Implement technical customization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ISML

Partner with IT, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotions

Coordinate digital product launches and seasonal merchandising campaign
Conversion Optimization & Personalization

Implement A/B and multivariate testing to maximize CVR and AOV across brand sites
-
Leverage Salesforce Einstein, CDP data, and Generative Experience Optimization (GEO) tools for dynamic personalization
-
Develop competitive pricing intelligence and dynamic pricing strategies

Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation for DTC and digital wholesale channel
Strategic Digital Accounts Management

Manage key relationships and performance across Digital Only accounts (e.g., Amazon) and golf-specific platforms

Optimize digital shelf presence including content, advertising, search optimization, and placement

Coordinate platform-specific strategies that complement DTC sales
-
Negotiate promotional opportunities, secure premium placements, and manage advertising budgets
-
Oversee product catalog management and inventory coordination across all digital channel
Performance Analytics and ROI Optimization

Track and optimize key metrics including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, channel profitability, and market share

Develop reporting dashboards that measure incremental impact of DTC vs. third-party channels

Analyze customer behavior data to improve product mix, merchandising decisions, and channel strategy

Provide digital channel insights to inform brand strategy, product development, and marketing investment

Monitor competitive digital strategies and recommend tactical response
Professional Program and Channel Coordination

Oversee ExpertVoice program to drive professional advocacy while protecting consumer pricing
-
Balance professional access with full-price sales objectives across all digital channels

Coordinate professional program strategy with trade marketing and brand teams

Manage digital-only wholesale accounts and specialty platform relationships
Education & Experience
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or comparable experience with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience

Prior experience bridging technical customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ISML) with ecommerce merchandising

Valid driver's license with ability to travel as needed
