Sr. Director, Enterprise Clinician Recruitment

The Enterprise Director of Clinician Recruitment will play a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment of clinicians, ensuring that our organization maintains optimal staffing levels to meet its strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Clinical Operations, the Enterprise Director will lead a team of Clinician Recruiters, the Clinician Sourcing Department, and the Clinician Onboarding Liaisons, while collaborating with leaders from various departments to achieve forecasted clinician recruitment goals.
