HR Systems Analyst – Scheduling & WFM
Position Title Business Analyst - Flex Scheduling
Role Summary
Support and configure global HR systems with a focus on plant shift scheduling and workforce management. Partner with HR and business teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and troubleshoot scheduling & time/attendance systems (Indeavor, Infor, or similar) ️
Provide day-to-day production support and ensure system stability
Translate business requirements into system configurations, integrations, and solutions
Lead testing, QA, and user acceptance for system changes ✅
Drive process improvements and partner with vendors and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years (5+ preferred) delivering complex IT/HR systems
Experience with WFM, scheduling, and time & attendance tools ️
Strong skills in system configuration, integrations, and problem-solving
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Infor WFM, Indeavor, or similar tools
Reporting & analytics experience
