We are looking for an Sr. Ecom Executive / Asst. Ecom Manager to own and scale the online business.
This role is responsible for end-to-end on-site management, commercial performance, and growth initiatives, with a clear focus on building Gait into a leading electronics destination in the region.
Key Responsibilities Business & Growth Ownership
- Own overall performance of both storefronts including revenue, conversion and AOV
- Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to scale the digital business
- Continuously improve performance through data-driven decisions
- Own complete on-site experience including homepage, categories, & product pages
- Manage catalogue quality, ensuring products are live with accurate data & images
- Drive merchandising, product visibility, and customer journey optimization
- Plan and execute sale events, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Drive initiatives such as 2-hr/SameDay/NextDay delivery & other value propositions
- Work on pricing, bundling, and offers to improve competitiveness and conversion
Operations & Execution
- Work closely with warehouse & store teams to ensure stock availability & fulfilment efficiency
- Identify and resolve operational gaps impacting customer experience
- Coordinate with marketing and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Requirements Skills & Capabilities
- Strong understanding of e-comm (conversion, merchandising, funnel)
- Ownership mindset with ability to execute independently
- Analytical thinking with comfort in using data to drive decisions
- Arabic speaker preferred (not mandatory)

- Consistent growth in revenue, conversion rate, and AOV
- Strong on-site experience with clear merchandising and minimal friction
- Successful execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Improved stock availability and reduced lost sales
Basic KPIs will look like:
- Revenue Growth: Month-on-month and year-on-year growth
- Conversion Rate: Continuous improvement in CVR
- AOV Growth: Increase through bundles and upsell
- Catalogue Health: % of products with complete data and images
- Campaign Execution: Timely and error-free launches
- Delivery SLAs: Adoption and performance of 2-hour / same-day delivery
