Sr. Ecommerce Accountant

Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily accounting for e-commerce operations.

 Perform e-commerce portal invoice & payment reconciliations (sales, returns, deductions, commission charges, etc.).

 Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and stock accounting.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheet.

 Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are met.

 Track vendor payments, settlements, and credit notes.

 Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).

 Generate and analyze MIS reports, sales reports, and performance KPIs using Excel.

Requirements

 5–7 years of accounting experience (E-commerce / Consumer Electronics / Retail industry preferred).

 Strong knowledge of e-commerce portal reconciliations.

 Proficiency in Tally Prime for accounting.

 Advanced skills in Excel – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting.

 In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
