Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi

Availability: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical engineering tasks for projects.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, load schedules, SLDs, cable sizing, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Supervise site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (LV/MV, lighting, power, fire alarm, BMS, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes (ADDC, NEC, IEC) and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and lead root cause analysis for site problems.
• Review material submittals and method statements.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and attend client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP works and electrical systems in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with authority approvals (ADDC, ADM, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately is a must.
