Sr. Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Supervisor licence(Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

-Perform breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance for Turret Punching, Bending, Power Press, Welding, CNC Laser, SPM machines, and Powder Coating plants.

-Troubleshoot Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems; basic PLC programming and hard wiring knowledge.

- Maintain utilities including DG, Compressors, UPS, ETP/STP, EOT Cranes, Lifts, PNG Gas, Fire Hydrant/Alarm, HVAC.

-Lead energy conservation initiatives, cost-saving projects, Kaizens, and ensure 5S implementation.

- Handle shift operations independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Manage spare parts, reduce MTTR/maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with EHS and QMS standards.

- Maintain documentation and work permits; working knowledge of SAP and MS Office preferred.
