We are a FemTech focused Medtech company in the Preventive Oncology and TeleHealth space, designing, developing and commercializing globally adoptable and clinically effective, Non-invasive Cancer Pre-screening Solutions for Women. The company’s flagship product iBreastExam (iBE) is a US FDA cleared, and CE marked, non-invasive, radiation-free and painless solution for identifying non-palpable breast lumps to enable early detection of breast cancer for women across all ages and demographics.

Sr. Electronic Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

A. PCB Design & Circuit Development:

· Expertise in PCB design and hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as Altium, CAD, Mentor Graphics, or CAD Star.

· Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.

· Designing high-speed interface circuits (both analog and digital).

· Development and optimization of switch-mode power supplies (SMPS).

· Expertise in microprocessor, microcontroller, and memory circuit design.

· Proficiency in designing SOC (System on Chip) or Chip on Board circuits, including software configuration and firmware development.

B. Firmware Development & Embedded Systems:

· Experience writing firmware for embedded systems (C, C++, Python, or assembly languages). 2. Development of real-time applications and device drivers.

· Implementation of communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and Ethernet.

· Hands-on experience of RTOS and bare-metal programming.

· Firmware debugging and optimization for performance and power efficiency.

· Electronic Components Knowledge:

· Deep understanding of electronic components, including advanced semiconductor devices and packaging types (surface mount, SMD, SME, etc.).

· Ability to select components based on product requirements and supply chain constraints.

C. Simulation & Verification:

· Proficiency in Design simulation tools like ModelSim, UVM techniques for programmable logic, and PSPICE for analog circuit simulations.

· Experience in Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and debugging.

· To ensure EMI/EMC standards and regulatory requirements (Electrical safety Requirements knowledge).

D. Process Improvement & Innovation:

· Leading design optimization efforts and process improvements.

· To drive innovation in product development and participate in R&D initiatives.

E. Product Development & Rollout:

· Handling the product development lifecycle end-to-end, from prototype to mass production.

· Collaboration with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and testing engineers).

· To support manufacturing and field deployment, so that seamless integration and functionality can be ensured.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.

Experience & Key Skills

· 2. 5+ years of experience in PCB design, circuit development, and firmware programming.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and lead technical teams.

· Passionate about electronics, embedded systems, and emerging technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
