Job Summary:

As a Senior Engineer in the construction field, you will oversee and manage various aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, providing technical expertise, resolving complex engineering issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Work with architects, contractors, and other teams to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
  • Ensure construction work follows design plans and safety standards.
  • Regularly inspect the site to check on progress and quality.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards.
  • Perform site inspections and audits to ensure everything is up to code.
  • Safety & Risk Management:
  • Monitor safety practices and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Identify potential risks and come up with solutions to minimize delays.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
  • Keep track of project costs and manage the budget.
  • Ensure materials and services are procured on time and within budget.
  • Client & Team Communication:
  • Keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress.
  • Prepare reports and present updates to clients and management.
  • Leadership & Team Support:
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members.

Qualification: B. Tech -Civil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
