Sr Engineer Asset Management - SCMS

Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering

Min 6 years experience in asset maintenance management with specialization in Substation Control Monitoring System (SCMS) and associated auxiliaries.

Candidates shall have knowledge/experience in the following areas: Thorough knowledge of relevant international standards, design, installation, testing, and maintenance of SCMS RTU equipment in 400/132/11KV transmission distribution networks Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to ensure system reliability through effective monitoring of maintenance activities Excellent verbal/written communication skills and report writing skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and practices in electrical substations Proficiency in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), asset management standards, asset criticality, and risk management processes Skilled in using MS Office applications and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably SAP Experience in overseeing comprehensive maintenance planning, follow-up on maintenance executions, spare parts management, accurate recording of maintenance history and updating asset registers Monitoring equipment performance and asset life cycle costs for optimum utilization(Gulf experience preferred).
