Sr. Engineer- QA/QC

Position Title: Sr. Engineer- QA/QC

Location : Fujairah, UAE

Qualification : B. Tech in Electrical

Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in cable manufacturing industry

Candidate Desired Profile: -

• Routine raw material testing, new RM sample Testing, signing of related test reports & MRN coordination with store department related to this work.
• Testing of finished cables as per respective standards, customer approved data sheets and other supporting documents.
• Final checking of production job cards with design sheets, data sheets and other approved documents of order confirmation.
• Co-ordination with other QC persons for RM testing, In process, Weight analysis and Final Testing work.
• Recording the test results in their respective testing formats.
• Checking and signing of daily in-process test reports, daily routine test reports, daily weight analysis reports, and inspection related documents.
• Releasing of cables in ERP System
• Monitoring and co-ordination with Production and QC staff for Type tests & Special Tests and Testing of New products.
• Packing lists making, preparing routine test certificates and factory test reports for regular orders.
• Co-ordination with marketing team for customer Inspections and visits.
• HV, PD and all other electrical testing of MV cables. Co-ordination with production and continuous monitoring of products during running of CCV line including checking of samples received from there. Test results records in respective Format.
• Information of deviated product kept under hold during in process/final testing, is to be shared with higher authorities for further decision. Issuance of non- conformances and rejection notes are also a part of this process.
• Issuance of rejection notes, rejection tags for identification of rejected lot if, raw material is rejected.
• Updation of MIS reports and updation of latest specifications.
• Frequent monitoring of calibration of all the testing Equipment.
• Preparation of cable samples for Exhibitions.
• Participation in Exhibitions.
• Training to Employees.
• Preparation and documentation of ISO documents for ISO and other audits.
• Attend customers site visit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
