Sr. Engineer - QA/QC- Electrical

- Monthly Quality performance Index management and prepare the report to management with Dashboard.
- Assist and provide required support to the Quality Manager in preparation of Quality Manual, Quality Plan, Quality process, procedures, checklist and templates for setting up the Quality Management system.
- Perform Quality Assessment on Electrical components to identify improvement areas and drive quality enhancement.
- Analyze Customer complaints data to identify pain points, root cause and actionable insights, driving targeted improvements on Product Quality.
- Conduct Quality Induction programs for new joiners, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Responsible for assisting in the reviewing the Monthly MIS and preparing the report for Management.
- Identify training needs, inform the department heads, and coordinate with the appropriate functions for fulfilling the training requirements.
- Identify the areas for Digitalization to enable real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct Analysis on the Quality data’s from project and audits for continuous improvement.
- Drive horizontal deployment of best Good Construction Practices and TQM initiatives across projects through structured knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on internal quality and process excellence initiatives.
- Responsible for Organizing the technical trainings using subject matter experts and manufacturers.
- Identify and implement industry best practices and Learnings to promote Good Construction Practices (GCP) across all projects.
