Sr. Engineer – TV Network Intelligence (Telecommunications)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer – TV Network Intelligence to support the design, development, and optimization of advanced TV intelligence systems. This role focuses on ensuring high availability of TV services, improving customer experience, and driving operational excellence across IPTV/OTT platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in service assurance, analytics, digital platforms, and TV broadcast technologies.

• Support the selection, development, and implementation of TV Intelligence and Digital Service Assurance platforms.
• Contribute to solution architecture design, including As-Is, Interim, and To-Be architecture models.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and develop technology roadmaps.
• Build system blueprints outlining integrations between TV intelligence systems, service assurance platforms, and data warehouse systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to design scalable and adaptable solutions.
• Support implementation of Service Level Agreement Management (SLAM) including requirement gathering, design, SIT, UAT, and data migration.
• Monitor system performance, service quality, and operational dashboards for IPTV/OTT platforms.
• Participate in quality assurance processes including content validation, latency monitoring, error rate tracking, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for TV broadcasting and IP-based platforms.
• Assist in defining KPIs, generating service assurance reports, and improving QoS/QoE.
• Support budgeting and resource planning for TV assurance initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, capacities, workflows, and system utilization.
• Lead daily service reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports on service SLAs and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, TV Broadcasting, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of TV broadcast systems, digital platforms, service assurance, and network analytics.
• Experience with IPTV/OTT platforms, BMS, analytics tools, or service intelligence systems.
• Strong understanding of QoS, QoE, and TV streaming technologies.
• Programming knowledge (Python or Java) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in TV broadcast systems, IPTV/OTT platforms, or service assurance roles.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integrations, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience working with vendors, cross-functional teams, and complex technical systems.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
