Sr. ERP Next Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead ERPNext implementation projects, business process optimization, system configuration, user training, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ERPNext functional consulting, business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement across Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, Projects, and other business functions.

Knowledge of ERPNext development, customization, scripting, and integrations will be considered a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesERPNext Functional Consulting & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilization.
  • Conduct business process analysis and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and meetings.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap Analysis Reports, and Solution Design Documents.
  • Configure ERPNext modules and workflows according to business requirements.
  • Define user roles, permissions, approval hierarchies, and business processes.
  • Coordinate with ERPNext developers and technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure successful deployment and smooth transition to production environments.

Business Process Optimization

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Design and implement ERPNext best-practice workflows.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Align ERP functionality with organizational goals and operational requirements.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, management, and technical teams.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Training & User Support

  • Conduct end-user and key-user training sessions.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure smooth user adoption and continuous process improvement.

Data Migration & Reporting

  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in master data management and data governance initiatives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management insights within ERPNext.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all ERP modules.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure ERP processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and audit records.
  • Support internal and external audits when required.

ERPNext Development (Added Advantage)

  • Understanding of ERPNext/Frappe framework architecture.
  • Ability to communicate functional requirements effectively to developers.
  • Knowledge of custom fields, custom scripts, workflows, print formats, reports, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and ERPNext customization concepts is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ERPNext Certification or relevant ERP certifications preferred.
  • Master's Degree will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of ERP Functional Consulting experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ERPNext implementation experience.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience across Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and Project Management modules.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
