Lead the development, customization, and deployment of ERPNext systems to meet business requirements.
Demonstrate a thorough grip on ERPNext, ensuring smooth functionality and optimized performance.
Develop and integrate applications using Python and related technologies, including front-end components.
Manage and develop C# .Net Applications for Windows environments, REST API integrations, and oAuth.
Design and implement scalable and robust application architectures for various projects.
Handle ERPNext system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of systems.
Independently resolve issues under tight deadlines and pressure, taking ownership of projects.
Actively contribute to problem-solving, innovation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in ERPNext development and implementation.
Strong proficiency in Python, front-end technologies, and ERPNext framework.
Extensive hands-on experience in C# .Net Applications, REST API integrations, and oAuth protocols.
Proven application architecture and system design skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently or as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet project deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
