Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive – Accounts is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, preparing reports, handling audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally / ERP system.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Monitor petty cash and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and management purposes.
  • Provide MIS (Management Information System) reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).
  • 5–12 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
  • Proficiency in Tally
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
