Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HRBP & Payroll

India

This role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on payroll and HR operations, ensuring alignment between employee needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, supporting workforce planning and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related challenges and drive performance culture
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
  • Facilitate grievance handling and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism

Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory filings
  • Ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliance reports
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll audits and settlements
  • Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding, induction, and policy communication
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review
  • Assist in HR process improvements and automation initiatives

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and statutory compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
