Senior Executive - Catalogue ManagementReal Estate E-Commerce Division
Position OverviewJoin a leading real estate organization in an exciting opportunity to drive their newly launched B2B e-commerce platform. As Senior Executive - Catalogue Management, you'll play a critical role in building and managing comprehensive product catalogues that power our digital transformation initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Data Management
Capture, register, and categorize comprehensive product information including codes, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications
Maintain and update product databases using MS Excel and proprietary software systems
Apply advanced Excel formulas and functions for data manipulation and analysis
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all product listings
Content Development & Quality Assurance
Source and integrate product images from multiple formats (CD, PDF, websites, vendor materials)
Standardize product information across various data sources
Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance data integrity
Identify improvement opportunities and execute corrective action plans
Stakeholder Collaboration
Conduct vendor and supplier training sessions on catalogue requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to align product information with business objectives
Manage email and telephone communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support cross-functional teams in product-related initiatives
Required QualificationsEducation: Postgraduate degree (Master's preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in:
E-commerce management and operations
Consumer marketing and brand management
Supply chain and procurement operations
Product catalogue or content management
Essential Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Quick adaptability to new software platforms and proprietary tools
Strong keyboarding skills with high accuracy and speed
Digital asset management experience
Analytical & Business Skills
Exceptional attention to detail with systematic approach to data management
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Data-driven decision making and performance measurement
Proven track record of process improvement and optimization
Communication & Leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
