1. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, design, and performance teams to deliver campaign-led content that drives traffic and sales.
2. Use performance insights (SEO, CTRs, engagement, conversions) to refine and improve content output.
3. Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across platforms including website, app, blogs, product pages, CRM (email/SMS), social media, paid campaigns copy, and in-store communication.
4. Develop clear, engaging, and conversion-focused product descriptions and category content for electronics, appliances, and lifestyle products.
5. Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.
6. Maintain and evolve Sharaf DG’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all content produced.
7. Write campaign narratives, headlines, CTAs, and promotional messaging for major sales events (e.g. White Friday, DSF, Ramadan).
Requirements
Experience -5-8 years
Education - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Equivalent
Skills & Abilities
· 5–8 years of experience in
content writing, copywriting, or content marketing,
preferably in
retail, e-commerce, electronics, or consumer brands

· Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Proven experience writing
commercial and performance-driven content.
· Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce journeys, and customer-first communication.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment.
