Sr. Executive Digital Marketing

Job Description:

Kalorex Group is looking for a Sr. Executive/Executive - Digital Marketing with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and LeadSquared CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing lead generation strategies, and enhancing brand presence across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Oversee social media marketing activities, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Utilize LeadSquared CRM to track, manage, and nurture leads efficiently throughout the sales funnel.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to ensure ongoing effectiveness

Key Skills Required:

✅ SEO – On-page & off-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy
✅ Google Ads – PPC campaigns, keyword bidding, ad copywriting, performance tracking
✅ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) – Campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management
✅ Social Media Marketing – Strategy, content creation, community engagement
✅ LeadSquared CRM – Lead management, automation, analytics, campaign tracking

Requirements:

● 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LeadSquared CRM.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
